Dr. David A. Dickey is a William Neal Reynolds Professor in the Department of Statistics at North Carolina State University. He has a master's degree in Math from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a Ph.D. in Statistics from Iowa State University. His research focuses on time series analysis, dealing with data taken over time. He is a co-inventor of Dickey-Fuller test. In addition to writing four books, Dr. Dickey has been published in numerous papers and has given over 50 presentations at a variety of professional events and organizations. Dr. Dickey is listed as an ISI highly cited researcher by the ISI Highly Cited Database of the ISI Web of Knowledge. He is an elected Fellow (2000) of the American Statistical Association. He has also been recognized as a member of the Academy of Outstanding Teachers at North Carolina State University.
